Every year more sleek condos, infill houses, and semi’s replace the smaller/older houses in Hintonburg and Mechanicsville, alongside beautiful century homes being remodelled and renovated to suit this neighbours unique curb appeal. As a result, the ’hood has experienced more resident turnover than some others in Ottawa.
