Orleans Village Chateauneuf
Welcome to the Orleans Village Chateauneuf in Orleans Ottawa! This quaint neighbourhood is nestled just east of Orleans Blvd and north of Innes Road, with a large portion of the city’s greenbelt bordering the eastern tip of this family friendly neighbourhood. The Châteauneuf community was mostly established in the 1960s and 70s, with the majority of the homes in the area being built during this time. In recent years, newer developments have expanded this neighbourhood to include townhomes as a part of it’s suburb appeal. The homes are close to the shops and amenities which run along the major outlining arteries of the suburb of Orleans, connecting one neighbourhood to the next. This allows for the neighbourhoods, like Orleans Village – Chateauneuf, to have all the local conveniences in one place, but removed from the interior streets of the community – leaving it safe for families to ride bikes, play street hockey, and go family walks safely through the neighbourhood.
