Welcome to the neighbourhood of Chapel Hill Ottawa in the suburb of Orleans, just 15 minutes east of the city of Ottawa. Chapel Hill is an expanding neighbourhood and has grown so substantially over the recent years that it has been divided into north and south districts, both of which are represented by their own individual community associations. The neighbourhood consists of mostly single family homes with medium sized lots, newer developed homes, as well as undeveloped land just waiting to break ground for new homes. Chapel Hill is nestled within the National Capital Commission greenbelt, and as a result, there aren’t as many local conveniences and shops in close proximity to the homes in this area. You will need some form of transportation to access services, but the plus side is you will be surrounded by beautiful forests, numerous parks, and great schools.
