Welcome to the ever expanding neighbourhood of Brookside – Briarbrook – Morgan’s Grant! This growing area is located in the suburb of Kanata’s south end; just south of the 417 Queensway, nestled within the Kanata North Business Park, west of March Road, and North of Terry Fox road. Considered to be one of Kanata’s newer developments, the homes in this area started to be built in the early 1980s and are continuing through to today with newer developments expanding this neighbourhood further south into the popular area known as Dunrobin.
