avalon – portbello orleans
Welcome to the neighbourhood of Avalon Orleans in the suburb of Orleans, in the east end of Ottawa. This neighbourhood was virtually non-existent until the late 1990s when the urban sprawl intensified into the east end, and it is now surrounded by big box stores and commercial real estate offering conveniences for those that live in the neighbourhood. There are still large areas of undeveloped land on the outskirts of Avalon just waiting for builders to expand, and presently Avalon is continuing to grow and develop to offer future families a place to call home.
